Behind the Why Publisher

Understand what happens next.

Behind the Why Publisher is the official publishing application for Behind the Why, an educational YouTube channel about the systems, events, and everyday changes that shape the world around us.

We publish researched explainers about history, technology, money, society, and the hidden chains of cause and effect behind ordinary life.

What this application does

Behind the Why Publisher uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API to upload finished videos, update titles and descriptions, set thumbnails, and manage publishing on the Behind the Why YouTube channel. It is operated by the channel owner and does not sell or advertise with Google user data.
